What I greatly appreciated was she admitted when she wasn’t positive about something. She didn’t fake it. She kept track of the questions she couldn’t answer and sent us a group chat later in the afternoon with the answers to the specific questions. I’d always rather have to wait a little bit for the correct answer than have someone fudge it in the moment and have that not be correct. We’ve had that experience in the past with other realtors where the ego seems to outweigh the knowledge and we have been led astray. I sincerely appreciate someone who can be honest and take the time to find the right answer.The second day in Las Vegas Peter was able to take the family back to two of the favorite homes from the day before. After another look we were ready to make an offer. With Peter’s advice we made a strong offer, which was accepted. Peter and Denise were there to support and guide us through every step of the purchasing process. They recommended an inspector who was incredibly thorough. The inspection report was much more detailed than anything we’ve ever received when purchasing a home in Colorado. The mortgage broker they recommend was absolutely fantastic! Honestly, this entire process was the smoothest house buying experience we’ve ever had. I know that that fact had everything to do with Peter and Denise supporting us behind the scenes.We physically couldn’t be in NV for the inspection, walkthrough, nor closing. Peter and his team were there when we couldn’t be; to point out the issues and catch the things that were promised to be fixed by the sellers, but then weren’t completed by walkthrough. They really fought for us when the sellers wanted to delay closing at the last moment, but we just couldn’t do that without losing thousands of dollars in moving and living costs. We knew we were in the very best hands so we didn’t need to stress as they had our backs every step of the way.
