He never once made me feel that I asked a stupid question and never once made me feel that I was asking too much of him. I believe I did both often during our process.We found Peter at an open house in May 2022. We liked the fact that he wasn't pushy, willing to answer any questions, and had some pamphlets and other materials with him that were available to help us answer questions about our upcoming home purchase. We went to 11 open houses that weekend but came back to Peter as the realtor we liked best because of our first impression and his responsiveness when we called with subsequent questions.We started officially shopping for a house in September 30, 2022. Peter took us on our house hunting tour and allowed extra time with us that entire weekend because we were out of state buyers. I don't know how many realtors would schedule so many houses to view in a single day, but we sent him over 30. He would review each house and either put it on our viewing list or remove it if it either had 1) tenants in place, or 2) leased solar. Both of those items may have only showed up in the realtor notes and were both deal killers for us. After visiting 19 homes on a Friday and Saturday, we found 6 that we could totally live in so we were in good shape to make an offer that same weekend on Sunday.The market was in transition from a sellers market to a buyers market when it was time to make offers. We used Peter's real estate knowledge and his negotiation skills heavily during this trying time. I needed the seller to come in offering money on the table to help us pay closing costs, because loan rates were out of control at this time and we needed to buy the rate down. His skill set helped us achieve that goal.Peter is so responsive he would almost be providing daily updates through the buying process. If a couple days had passed with no new news, he would just check-in. We closed on our house on November 7, 2022. That was exactly 39 days after starting the process (from the day we saw our first set of houses on September 30th). He had to wait for us to be ready and when we were, he put so much energy and effort towards our needs we will be forever grateful.Peter also has a great network of people he relies on to provide solid referrals. He has established relationships with people he trusts in the industry and we utilized his trusted network several times during the process with great results on each referral.Our home buying experience would had been very different had we not chosen Peter Benedicto to represent us on our buying process. He often made us feel like we were his only clients, even though I know he was working with others during our process. We are thrilled with the outcome and will always use Peter Benedicto for our real estate needs, if any, in the future.
