I sincerely appreciate someone who can be honest and take the time to find the right answer.The second day in Las Vegas Peter was able to take the family back to two of the favorite homes from the day before. After another look we were ready to make an offer. With Peter’s advice we made a strong offer, which was accepted. Peter and Denise were there to support and guide us through every step of the purchasing process. They recommended an inspector who was incredibly thorough. The inspection report was much more detailed than anything we’ve ever received when purchasing a home in Colorado. The mortgage broker they recommend was absolutely fantastic! Honestly, this entire process was the smoothest house buying experience we’ve ever had. I know that that fact had everything to do with Peter and Denise supporting us behind the scenes.We physically couldn’t be in NV for the inspection, walkthrough, nor closing. Peter and his team were there when we couldn’t be; to point out the issues and catch the things that were promised to be fixed by the sellers, but then weren’t completed by walkthrough.
